Refund policy

We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of the original delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, wheels must be in their original, brand-new condition and packaging. We will not accept returns for wheels that have been fitted or mounted with tyres, bolted onto a vehicle, or show any signs of installation or mounting wear.

For your convenience, Vortex Wheels will arrange the return shipping. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.

If you receive a defective product, the return shipping fee will be waived. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect the product to verify the issue. Once the defect is officially confirmed, you will receive a full refund with no deductions for return shipping.

Vortex Wheels reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all returned items. Final discretion regarding the condition of the wheels, the acceptance of a return, and the issuance of a refund rests entirely with Vortex Wheels.
