Vortex Wheels Exchange Policy

At Vortex Wheels, we only accept exchanges for defective wheels within 14 days of delivery. No refunds or exceptions.

Exchange Eligibility

• Exchanges are only available for defective wheels.

• Requests must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

• Exchanges will be issued at our discretion upon verification of the defect.

How to Request an Exchange

• Contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the product, providing proof of the defect (photos or videos).

• If approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Important Notes

• No exchanges will be accepted for any reason other than defects.

• No refunds will be issued, only exchanges at our discretion.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the defect is confirmed, in which case the shipping cost will be refunded.
