All orders are shipped using a courier or delivery service at our discretion. We select the most suitable carrier based on your location, order size, and logistical considerations to ensure efficient delivery.

Please note that a tracking number is not guaranteed for every shipment. Where tracking is available, it will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 2–7 working days, depending on your location within South Africa.

While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Delivery Requirements

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery during business hours. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and your order details so we can assist you promptly.
